"WAKA WAKA!!!!!!!!!!!"

Thanks to Fozzie Bear for our intro...
So we've taken a few spontaneous steps (which are usually singular in nature) and when given the opportunity to go from mom to dad (or vice versa) we gladly accept the challenge..and can take up to 8 steps!!

We're both clapping like champs and starting to understand this whole 'waving' nonsense...along with eating just about everything mom makes us (e.g. hummus, whole wheat BBQ chicken pizza, curried chicken). We are being weighed in on the 8th of October, so we wont know those details for a while. We say "mum," "ada" and attempt something to the effect of "ahhdu" which mum thinks means "all done." We're smart little cookies and get into tons of trouble!!

We hope to see you at our first birthday extravaganza! Remember, if you get us a present, we would like you to eco-wrap it! i.e. in a bag or not wrapped at all! OR ELSE!!

House Hunting!! ...(or haunting if we're referring to a specific house)

So we finally got to look at some houses the "normal" way...as in the lady with the secret codes drives around and shows us the insides of all the homes mommy and daddy peeked into the weekend before...They really narrowed their favorites down to one that refuses to take their loan and a short sale (though the house is really big so I don't know what the heck that means) which means mom and dad are thinking it's not God's timing just yet. Here are some of the pics:

The agent lady says this is a super great deal and cute house in a perfect neighborhood in downtown Yes-in-Deed-o?? (quiet, no traffic, plenty of nice houses for us to TP later) but mom and dad aren't sure if it's "the one"

The house right next door is for sale also! Okay...so look past the creepiness and peeling paint...It was built in 1918 and mom loves how it looks, but hates the smell from the 26 cats who were living there! ewww!

Dad really doesn't like this house but mama LOVES it! It's just a couple blocks away from the last houses, and also in a quiet neighborhood. It was built in 1914? and mom says is "soo cute," maybe she can convince dad...

This house is 2 down from the last "soo cute" house, but mom and dad really don't like it very much...

This 1909 Victorian is right next to the freeway in Oceanside...but oooh it's sooo awesome!! This is mom and dad's favorite, but the mean lender people just wont let us buy it! Poopers!

This cute cottage built in 1942 is in the Vista countryside..well it's more like the hills of Vista. Anyhoo it's suuuper adorable but mom says maybe it's not going to happen because it's a short sale (like I said before, doesn't it look tall to you?! dunno.)

Enough for now..we'll let you know if Ma and Pa find anything! Jakers and Drewski
